2 lightly toasted hot cross buns
1/2 cups of oats
1/2 cups of puffed brown rice
2 Tablespoons of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Butter
2 cups of carrots, peeled and sliced
6 stalks of celery
2 medium onions
2 cups of mushrooms
4 quarts of chicken broth, low sodium
6 cups of egg noodles
6 cups of chicken
Handful of parsley
Pinch of salt and pepper
In a large sized stockpot, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms and a salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add chicken broth and cook on high heat until it boils. Add egg noodles and cook for about nine minutes, until the noodles are tender. Reduce heat and gently simmer, add chicken and parsley cook for about five more minutes until chicken heats all the way through. Taste your creations and season accordingly.
